Rust Accelerator

12 weeks to get one critical service into production, with a production-grade architecture your team and its AI agents can build on.

I work directly with your team to pin down the requirements and goals, then set the code architecture and AI workflow from day one. Production coding starts early and gets shaped against that architecture, so each week builds on the last and your team's output compounds.

Three phases, Frame, Shape, and Ship, over four parallel lanes from kickoff to compounding: Code Architecture set early and steered throughout, Code Shaping heavy early then steady, Production Coding from the start to full speed, and AI Workflow set up early then kept sharp.

How the work runs

Three phases, architecture first and code-centric throughout. Every lane keeps running the whole time; what changes is where the weight sits.

Frame

Put the foundation in place so the work compounds early. Requirements and goals, the code architecture, the main crates, and the first skeleton of real code. The AI workflow is set up at the same time: process, tools, context, rules, and best practices.

Architecture lives as code. Specs, best practices, and AI rules are markdown files in a dev/ folder in your repo, versioned with the code and read by your developers and AI agents alike.

Shape

Architecture hands off to code design, one level down: module layout, main types, data flows, and the patterns your team will repeat. I shape the code as it lands, while the architecture keeps steering and the AI workflow gets tuned against the real codebase.

Ship

The focus moves to production coding. Your team ships at increasing speed on that foundation, with architecture and shaping still running underneath and the AI workflow mostly settled. Each week builds on the last.

Three ways in

The same 12 weeks, the same deliverables. Only the starting point is different.

New Build

Starting fresh in Rust and want the foundation right from the first commit.

Migration

Moving a service from another language to Rust without losing what already works.

Scale-Up

Already in Rust, and the codebase or team is growing faster than its structure.

What you get

  • A critical service in production, built by your team
  • The architecture and specs in your repo, at system and module level
  • Rust best practices written for your codebase
  • An AI coding workflow your team controls, aligned to your architecture
  • A team that keeps the momentum after week 12

Terms

12 weeks · $50K for most projects, up to $75K for larger systems.
